This post is a throw back to Bo & Matt's amazing Crane Arts wedding in October 2013. I've had these images buried in my drafts for almost a year now, just waiting for the opportunity to write epic commentary about a couple that really inspired me. However, Bo & Matt celebrated their 2 year anniversary yesterday and it's way past time that I share this story! Enjoy!

Maggie and Matt's story began at Susquehanna University where they became instant friends over shared interests in sports; in fact, they met during pre-season while Matt played soccer and Maggie played field hockey. It wasn't until reconnecting several years after college that they began dating and have been inseparable ever since.

In addition to the rare opportunity to photograph on the church property, I was also excited to document Mandy's unique gown. Mandy graduated from Philadelphia University with a degree in Textile Engineering. It was only natural for her to make her own wedding gown! The elegant simplicity of the gown fit the venue perfectly. I loved the silk fabric and belted detail that Mandy literally sewed on after stepping into her creation. In fact, some of my favorite moments of the day were documenting Mandy, her mother and mother-in-law putting together the finishing touches.
