Maura + Jim | Stotesbury Mansion, Philadelphia

I absolutely adored photographing Maura & Jim's wedding at The Stotesbury Mansion in Philadelphia, PA. From our first meeting, I knew that this couple had amazing style. They both worked at Anthropologie headquarters in Philadelphia, they had chosen a beautiful Philadelphia landmark mansion for their celebration and music was a top priority for them. I knew that the wedding would be just my style and a dream to document, not to mention a lot of fun! After getting ready at the mansion, Maura & Jim opted to see each other for the first time at Rittenhouse Park. Their first look was so sweet and although there was a lot going on in the park that day, it really felt like they were the only ones there. The rest of the day focused on family & friends. After an intimate ceremony in the ballroom, guests enjoyed home brewed beer crafted by Jim and several other guests. The attention to detail was perfect, from the beer to every other aspect of the day: wardrobe, decor, lighting design, music selection, etc. And the dance party that ensued can only be called "Epic".

Ceremony & Reception | The Stotesbury Mansion, Philadelphia catered by Feativities ~ from the bride ~ "The architecture/décor/atmosphere (at Stotesbury) was exactly what we wanted…elegant and moody.  The space is so beautiful, and the fact that there are 3 floors for guests to move around in makes it a bit more fun and interesting."

Stationary | Ashley Charit

Gown | White by Vera Wang

Bridesmaids | Yoana Baraschi ~ from the bride ~ "Yoana Baraschi was (and still is) one of my favorite designers from when I was on the dress team at Anthropologie --- I had approached her with my dream scenario of custom bridesmaids dresses last fall, and to my absolute delight she agreed!  We collaborated on the details over the course of a few months and the dresses turned out absolutely beautifully.  I couldn’t have asked for a more talented hand lent to creating such unique beauty on my special day.  Cheers, Yoana!"

Shoes | Due Farina

Jewelry | Rada courtesy Anthropologie & vintage Coro bracelet

Wedding Bands | Halloween custom design by Henri David ~ from the bride ~ "Both wedding bands and engagement ring were custom-made by Henri David at Halloween.  Henri is so talented and amazing to work with…after collaborating in-depth thru sketching and conversation, we knew he would create treasures for us that we’d be more than happy to live the rest of our lives wearing!!"

Groom's Attire | Perry Ellis from Saget's, Drexel Hill

Florist | Sue Carlin ~ from the bride ~ "(friend) Ami Carlin has an amazing connection….her mom!  Sue Carlin operates out of Merchantville, NJ and has a phenomenal eye and understanding for what any overwhelmed bride is looking to put together…and then some!  After I sourced boxes upon boxes of décor and vessels, she was able to seamlessly pick up where I left off and fit my favorite flowers to their respective containers and make the whole aesthetic come together, rather magically."

DJ | Lovesick Inc ~ from the bride ~ "Hi-Society DJ’d our wedding, they were so awesome to work with.  Tom and Jon helped shed some important light re: song selections for particular portions of the evening and also had similar taste in music as us, so it was really fun bouncing ideas off of them to ultimately get exactly the musical package we dreamed of!"

Music Selections | "Tommib" by Squarepusher, "Claire de Lune" by Claude Debussy, "Plainsong" by The Cure, "You Didn't Have to be so Nice" by The Lovin' Spoonful, "Genesis" by Grimes, "Run Into Flowers" by M83, "Never my Love" by The Association, "If Not For You" by George Harrison, "In My Life" by The Beatles
