How would you describe your style?

I call my style artistic documentation. I appreciate great imagery and feel that nothing less should be passed on to my clients. I work closely with you throughout the process to ensure that I create imagery that speaks to your tastes, style, and emotion. Using digital imagery, I create modern pieces with a nostalgic look. These will be images that will trigger memories of your amazing day, so I strive to tell your story in the most creative ways possible while maintaining an organic, honest dialog.

What is fine art post-production?

Since most of our imagery is photographed digitally, we personally spend time individually enhancing each image utilizing our signature post-production techniques. This ensures that your imagery will have the look of film. Being classically trained in film photography, I am drawn to the nostalgia of film and strive to translate this aesthetic in a modern way. After completing basic edits, I enhance your files further with our signature fine art stylization. This additional step transforms your documentation and will feature a mix of color and black & white images processed with traditional darkroom techniques in mind.

Approximately 10 weeks following your event, you will receive access to an on-line gallery of your full image collection.

Are you a digital or film photographer?

I am a digital wedding photographer with a BFA in Photography; this means that I am a classically trained film photographer shooting weddings digitally. Premium services include Hybrid Photography or a mix of both digital and film.

I have always loved working with photographic film. The nostalgia of traditional film takes me back to hours spent in the darkroom discovering the medium that would shape my career as an artist. Since embracing digital wedding photography, I strive to craft a classic film aesthetic to pair with the freedom and low-light capabilities of digital technology. Most of my wedding imagery is photographed with digital gear, however, I love to incorporate several rolls of film during the "Alone Session". If you are interested in having me incorporate film imagery into your wedding collection, I would be thrilled to collaborate with you on hybrid photography.

What is the photography investment?

Photography has the power to shape our memories. Your wedding imagery will be a curated body of work that will trigger memories of a wonderful moment in time. This is an extremely powerful concept and why you should trust a professional. Bespoke Wedding Photography Investments are crafted with each couples' unique needs in mind. Common investments range from $3,000.00 – $4,300.00. Session Investments begin at $500.00. Please inquire for specific pricing pertaining to your event.

Do you offer elopement packages?

YES! For intimate ceremonies, we offer abbreviated coverage elopement packages beginning at $1,500.00. Elopement packages typically include 1 photographer for approximately 2 – 3 hours on your wedding day. This is just enough time to capture your ceremony and alone session, ensuring that you have beautiful documentation to look back on in the future.

Who will be photographing our wedding?

Christina Campbell aka Nina Lily is the owner and primary photographer at Nina Lily Photography. Additional information about our associate options can be found HERE. You can find out more about our team in the ABOUT NINA LILY section.

Do you offer full day coverage?

We offer unlimited still photography coverage for approximately 8 – 9 hours on your wedding day. This gives us the opportunity to tell your wedding story in an organic manner while capturing beautiful candid moments focusing on genuine emotion. We look at each event as a collaboration and will spend time consulting with you on scheduling, etc. prior to your day to ensure that we are allotting the appropriate amount of documentation time to fit your needs. We are happy to offer extended hourly coverage as needed and for more intimate events or weekday elopements, we can also offer abbreviated hourly coverage.

We aren’t comfortable having our picture taken. How do you get such natural looking imagery?

I use a documentary approach in telling the story of your day and strive to be as unobtrusive as possible. In addition to this type of coverage, we will also designate a specific amount of time for your alone session.  I look at this portion of your day as an opportunity for you to focus on each other and stay grounded in the moment; we can schedule as much time as necessary in order to create a laid back and stress-free environment for you. During this time, I will guide you through some suggested posing techniques in order to facilitate natural interaction with one another. This allows us to create beautiful, candid imagery that will remind you of the way you felt in the moment on your wedding day. It is also helpful to book an engagement session prior to your wedding. Clients that take advantage of some camera time before their wedding day often feel much more relaxed during their alone session. Regardless, I strive to create a comfortable, organic and fun experience for you, which naturally translates into great imagery.

How many images should we expect and can we print our photos?

Our full wedding day image collections range from 800 – 1,000 images from your event. Following my own wedding, I began offering my clients larger image sets. While I don’t want to overwhelm you with imagery, I do want to make sure that every aspect of your day is covered; from the clouds in the sky to establishing shots of your venue to extra candid moments of your guests, we feel that every aspect of your day is important and we want you to have comprehensive documentation.

All of our investment options include high-resolution image files printable up to 8”x12” featuring full rights to reproduction. This means that you can take your files and have them printed at the lab of your choosing. We are always available to discuss best practices for handling your digital files and we offer additional enlargement options through your online gallery.

Do you travel?

I love to travel! Traveling is one of the ways that I reenergize and reconnect. As a storyteller, I believe that it is important to constantly explore and educate oneself regarding the larger community.  We have had the opportunity to travel extensively for work and play. Destination wedding locations have included locations within the continental US and abroad. You can view our featured Tuscan wedding HERE. Travel is always included for the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley areas. Travel requiring hotel accommodations and/or flight arrangements will be quoted on an individual basis.
