NMIH | Industrial Vow Affirmation Inspiration

Alicia and Eric said their vows on a mountainside surrounded by their closest family and friends. Following their microwedding, they opted to take a moment to appreciate their brand new married status and create some imagery in their hometown with Bethlehem Steel and the National Museum of Industrial History as their day after backdrop.

For this edgy industrial inspiration, we chose a moody palette featuring bold fall colors reminiscent of the season. Sweet Thorn Flora reimagined a beautiful indoor ceremony vignette - and matching personals - that partnered perfectly with a light installation from Domaci. Fox and Finch Vintage Rentals provided for our lounge vignette and whiskey ceremony vignette featuring whiskey by Xplorer Spirits.

Alicia had her hair and nails done locally at Apotheca Salon and Boutique. We featured Alicia’s own Stella York wedding gown sourced from Silk Bridal Easton while Eric wore a modern suit in deep burgundy. L2 Creations created a custom jewelry collection and wedding bands to complete the bridal looks. An invitation suite and hand done calligraphy detail on the jacket were done by Dirty Hands Clean Soul Creations to round out the whole shoot.

Alicia and Eric shared some sentiments with us as they reflected on their wedding day and their commitment to each other. “It was like a fairytale.  Everything was as perfect as could be. And I’d do it all over again a million times.” Alicia told us. She shared that it didn’t take long to realize Eric was the one. "He came into our lives and made it a point to show us how much he cared for us.” Alicia and Eric cherished their first look on their wedding day, so creating an entire shoot dedicated to that sentiment meant a lot. “The photo shoot was so much fun. Getting to wear my dress again and getting to have those loving moments together minus all the nerves. Every single vendor that put time and effort into the shoot was amazing. The decor, the clothing, the photographer - all of it was just our style. We’d love to be apart of something like this anytime.”

We had a fantastic time collaborating with this amazing team of local vendors to create not only a beautiful shoot, but a truly special experience for this couple.
